My goal is to provide your company with high quality patent services at a very competitive rate. I am an experienced patent attorney who has recently started working as a sole practitioner. The time I have spent at law firms has given me the skills necessary to generate quality patent applications in a broad range of technology areas, and being on my own allows me to provide my services at a rate that is substantially less than these law firms. As for my background, I received my chemical engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin and my law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. I then spent five years at San Francisco Bay Area law firms specializing in patent prosecution work. This work has been in a broad range of areas that include medical devices, mechanical devices, computer hardware and software, computer science, chemical processes, digital circuits, semiconductor processing, semiconductor testing, and semiconductor packaging.
