Machine Solutions Inc. (MSI) was founded with the mission of providing innovative and effective proprietary mechanical solutions to a variety of complex process engineering and device design challenges. The MSI proprietary segmental compression technology (US Patent #6,629,350 and others pending) has been successfully implemented in manufacturing clean rooms on five continents and continues to expand the abilities of catheter and stent manufacturers around the globe. MSI is dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers through the development of custom catheter processing tools and equipment that will advance process development solutions with manufacturing organizations.  We routinely work directly with the R&D, Process, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to assure our customers that the proper tools are in place to meet an organization’s specific technical needs. The MSI process equipment is quickly becoming the industry standard for stent crimping, catheter balloon pleating & folding, and marker band swaging.  The main advantages of the MSI segmental compression technology and equipment include: Improved product yields, Substantially reduced process cycle times, Elimination of process steps, Reduced product profiles. Our newest equipment is our Catheter and Stent Testing product group that provides unique, self contained solutions that address some of the most common challenges in catheter & stent testing.
